2. To create a research culture in the area of new media studies in urban society that supports the establishment of a research-based Communication Science Department.
3. To conduct sustainable community service based on new media studies that can be useful for urban society.
4. To establish external collaborations with academic societies and industry in the area of communication, particularly in new media studies.
